An early am departure. Mum drops me off at the airport and cry's. I don't. -

After a battle with US Customs because I could not provide a US address I made it through. Watched Holland beat Brazil in the QF of the World Cup at a bar and then saw Tommy Lee. He ended up being on the same flight as me to Chicago. Sat in cow class too. Respect! -
2hr stopover in Chicago. Had to ring the Manuman for directions to Sunburg. Early ominous signs of disorganisation. Had an amazing view of the city when we took off. -
Was greeted with perfect weather and the Minnesota Nice hospitality. Hired a car and drove the 3hrs to Sunburg. -
Made it! After god knows how long I was travelling, I think maybe a day. Was greeted by Manuman, Jess and Jess's family. Met one of my heros: Dave The Man - Jess's Dad. - Sunday, July 4, 2010

Departed US on Independence Day to go up to this hole of a city. Luckily Tool were playing that night to provide some entertainment. - Tuesday, July 6, 2010

Back to Sunburg for the wedding. Many a time spent on the lake skiing, drinking Coors Light, firing guns and crack up yarns with some champion Minnesottans. -

Made it to this town on the shores of Lake Superior. Went to a bar at night and watched some epic beat boxing. -

This town was a bit of a hidden gem. Found a great Mexican rest that had cheap food and drinks. -

Booya Chicago here we are. We tore it up here. Went to a Cubs game at Wrigley, Willis (Sears) Tower, general sifting throughout the city and watched the AB's smash the Springboks at a bar at 9 in the morning. -

Niagara Falls were well cool. I could have stayed there all day watching that water tip over the edge. -

Too much too much. Just slow down New York. Too hectic for me. Cranked all the tourist things here; Yankees game, Statue of Liberty, Empire State, Broadway Show (Cyndi Lauper at that), a lock in at an Irish Pub followed by a hazy recollection of a mugging. TIme to leave. -

We had a night here which ended in Shannon and Lisa having to run away from the cops. Little did I know this was going to be the first of many for them. We (Lisa) did manage to secure a room at a swank hotel which recharged the batterys. -

One night in Ottawa. Was a nice city. Shannon and Lisa had another run in with the law here and was threatened with breaking and entering. I sat back and watched them try and convince the feds of their innocense. -

GAYSVILLE! Little did I know this is Gay power city before arrival and there are actually hard core Frenchies who only speak French there. Shannon found us a hotel right on Gay Boulevard too. Nice work Shan. -

Back into true blue territory. No switch hitters here. Based ourselves here ready to hit Baxter State Park. Was also the beginning of a lot of lobster being eaten while in Maine. -

After 2 sailing trips out to sea and free alcohol while on board things were heading for the inevitable. Shannon and Lisa made friends with a pirate and partied hard after having to elude the police while I went to bed before sunset. -

A day trip out to Marthas Vineyard to go to a vineyard but realise upon arrival there is no vineyard on the island. We bought wine and chees and drank it on the dock to make up for it. -

Had an over night stopover that worked in well with Shan and Lisa being there also. Had a night of free vodka, limo rides and free entry to exclusive clubs (where you pay 10 bucks for a glass of water). Nice work Shan and Lis for jacking that one up. -
